What Chancery is

Chancery is the office of ArcSystemsTechnology, a practice of ArcGabriel Ltd. It is for the practice's own people. It is not a client service and nothing in it is offered to anyone else.

Keys

The office opens only to people who have been given a key by the principal. A person may not share their sign-in link or their password, and may not act in the office on another person's behalf.

What the office shows and does

The office shows the register as it is written in the practice's repository. A change made in the office is a commit to that repository in the name of the person who made it and is not undone by the office; a correction is a further change.

Availability

The practice aims to keep Chancery available at all times but does not promise it. The register is the repository; if the office is unavailable, the repository is not.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
